Legitimacy is a threshold issue for every customer when they are approached by us and customers providing independent input or their experience helps people we approach make informed decisions about whether to trust us. We are very grateful for any, and all, input.
On average we get a review a day. Interestingly most of our readers are from Australia and most of our reviewers are from the UK.
Reviews are read by the most senior members of our organisation, with our Chief Executive Officer, Simon Bligh, personally reading and replying to all 500 reviews.
