Worthington Clark, a very impressive company!
I am a retired Police Officer.
I served for 32 years predominantly as a crime investigator, I am by nature – sceptical.
Unexpectedly, some months ago I received correspondence from Worthington Clark / Rightful Claims informing me of unclaimed assets that I had absolutely no knowledge of. Without a second thought I discarded the letter as ‘too good to be true’ and thought no more of it. Following this, I had a telephone call from a team member at Worthington Clark. I was encouraged to research their company. I did – very, very thoroughly.
I am now in receipt of my ‘unclaimed assets!’. I honestly could not be more pleased with the service provided from this very impressive company, here’s why…
Every member of their team with whom I dealt was, without exception, incredibly courteous, professional and efficient. Every step of the claim procedure was carefully explained resulting in a streamlined process which was very straightforward to complete. The entire process was completed within a time frame which I was favourably surprised with!
It is therefore without any hesitation that I endorse Worthington Clark/Rightful Claims as expeditious, reputable and bona fide companies.
You can trust Worthington Clark to act on your behalf
When I first received a letter from Worthington Clark about unclaimed shares and dividends, I was very sceptical and assumed it might be a scam. I was acting on behalf of my mum at the time, and after doing some research and speaking with their team, I realised they were legitimate and genuinely trying to help.
Sadly, my mum passed away unexpectedly during the process, and I continued the claim as the executor of her estate. Throughout it all, the team at Worthington Clark were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. They explained everything clearly, were patient with my questions, and handled the whole process with great care and efficiency.
They were able to recover funds my mum never even knew she was owed. Their fee was only payable if they were successful, which felt very fair. I’m truly grateful for their support and would confidently recommend them to others.
5+ years of receiving letters, now I can't thank them enough
Over 5/6 years I received letters from an Australian company called Worthington Clark / Rightful Claims stating I had unclaimed assets. I assumed that it was a scam and threw them in the bin. It wasn’t until I was phoned by one of their team based in Britain, and she explained everything to me, that I decided to look into the company using the segregation that was on the covering letter they sent me.
I did a couple of months research, in which time the lady phoned me twice to see if she could help. At no time did I feel pressured. I was happy so I signed the consent form so the company could start the process.
About a week later I received an email with the forms attached to fill in, then a few days later I also received them in the post – which was the option I chose to use. I also had a phone call from a member of the team in Australia for around 40 minutes to make sure I was OK with the forms.
The forms were very straightforward and only a few pages. It took me longer to photo copy my driving licence and get it signed by witnesses (this was my chosen method of identification). Once completed I posted them off in the business envelope that they supplied. Around a week later I received an email to say that they had the forms and they would start proceedings.
About 2 weeks later I received an email and the first payment went into my bank by direct credit, in the next day or two I received the final payment. They also sent emails showing the transactions.
Everyone I dealt with by email or phone was very professional, helpful and polite. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done, it’s made a big difference and something that I couldn’t have done without them. Once again many many thanks.
